If you're a leader of anything, you really need to read Seth Godin's latest book, Tribes: We Need You to Lead Us. It's phenomenal and I really like the style. No chapters. The whole book is broken up into these bite-sized chunks. Seth is one of the most popular bloggers in the world and the book reads very much like a blog.Here's 3 priceless gems from Tribes:
