We who are strong have an obligation to bear with the failings of the weak, and not to please ourselves. Let each of us please his neighbor for his good, to build him up.
I wonder how many of us consider it an obligation to help less mature Christ-followers become more mature? Who are you investing in? Who are you letting invest into you?
